  • Our First 93 point coffee, La Terraza Gesha offers a truly exceptional experience, showcasing why Gesha coffee has become a global sensation. From the first grind, you’ll be greeted with an enticing bouquet of floral, fruity, and tropical aromas. The floral notes of sweet rose and gardenia persist throughout, complemented by a substantial body and bright, mouth-refreshing acidity that ties together the fruity, juicy characteristics of the cup.

  • Chinga offers a sophisticated sensory experience with a dry fragrance that blends raw sugars, citrus fruits, dark tea, and spices. The wet aroma reveals notes of lemonade sweetened with brown sugar, plum candy, and almond syrup. The coffee’s flavor profile is characterized by a brilliant acidity, especially in lighter roasts, providing a refreshing tartness reminiscent of hibiscus tea, accompanied by a vibrant mix of citrus notes and aromatic spices like tangelo, mandarin, lemon, clove, and Darjeeling spiced tea. Our light roast will deliver deep sweetness intertwined with spiced cola notes, raw sugar flavors, moderate acidity with a hint of orange. Our dark roast will Increase the Intensity of these flavors with a bittersweet tone and fruity tobacco notes. Cupping Score of 88.5.

  • Introducing our Certified Organic and Fair Trade Ethiopian Decaf Coffee from the renowned Dabessa coffee farm in the Limu Kossa region. This exceptional decaf coffee is sourced from the 150-hectare farm owned by Mesfin Dabessa and his family, who have a rich history in coffee cultivation dating back to 1946. The coffee is processed using the dry process method, where the whole cherry is carefully dried on raised beds until reaching optimal moisture levels.

When ground, it releases a gentle sweetness alongside a well-balanced roast profile. The aroma hints at chocolate milk powder and malted grains, with a subtle torched sugar note adding depth. Great with milk, wonderful espresso, and hold strong as a pourover. Possibly our favorite Decaf!
