  • We believe this coffee is perfect for aficionados seeking to explore the full spectrum of sweetness and nuanced flavors that only a hand-crafted Colombian coffee can offer. Ideal for various brewing methods, this coffee also shines in its versatility. Cupping Score of 89

  • Sourced by two locals and triple sorted to ensure exceptional quality, uncommon for most “collectors” in buying from this region. Unlike many wet-hulled coffees that might exhibit overly aged or woody flavors, this lot maintains a fresh profile, no matter the roasting level. Cupping score of 88

  • Tairora coffee offers a delightful aroma that opens with strong sweetness hints of raw honey, sugars, and subtle fruity touches. When brewed, the flavor deepens into rich caramelized sugars, potent honey, and dried fruits such as apricots and berries, with a slight sweet-smoky undertone. Lighter roasts bring out bright and delicate notes of sweet citrus, tart red berries, and tropical punch, with a distinctive honey characteristic. The acidity is pleasantly fruited, reminiscent of apples and crisp Korean pears.

This exceptional decaf coffee is sourced from the 150-hectare farm owned by Mesfin Dabessa and his family, who have a rich history in coffee cultivation dating back to 1946. The coffee is processed using the dry process method, where the whole cherry is carefully dried on raised beds until reaching optimal moisture levels.
